"The arc2007 conference was a great opportunity for airlines to come together and discuss airline related matters. I will certainly be attending in 2008 " - John J. Sime, Vice President DFS, Emirates Airline.

“ARC allowed airlines and suppliers an opportunity to discuss areas of mutual interest and network in a relaxed environment. The attendance of so many experienced people from the world of in-flight retail, provided an excellent opportunity to share information and learn from each other” – George Arbuckle, Inflight Product Manager, Monarch Airlines.

"ARC was a good beginning for networking, and the positive feelings and knowledge gained from the ARC experience were of great value, it’s just a matter of using them to benefit the company" - Christalla Georgiou, Inflight Sales Officer, Cyprusair

The definitive airline retail conference, where key decision makers meet to shape and drive In-flight Retail towards a bigger and better future.

Max WilliamsIt’s official! Our first conference, ARC2007, was a resounding success. It was a truly international event that attracted over 170 delegates from no less than 21 countries worldwide.

During the two days, airlines, concessionaires and suppliers came together to discuss the challenges faced by the In-flight Retail sector.  Together, they pooled their expertise and vision to redefine its future.

In support of ARC2008, we’re delighted to announce our continued association with Martin Moodie and the Moodie Report.

Additionally, we’re also thrilled that Richard Colley, ARC2007 moderator, will be returning with his team to make ARC2008 engaging and fun, as well as informative and influential!

ARC2008 will take place at another fabulous venue, The Grove in Hertfordshire, which will be closer to Heathrow and Luton Airports than last year’s venue in Brighton.
There’ll be a new agenda and new speakers at ARC2008, with a greater focus on innovation and incremental revenue sales. The format of the agenda will encourage delegates to work together and more time will be allotted to cover the detail.

Richard Colley

ARC2007 was a great success and that’s why our plans for ARC2008 will be even more ambitious.  It promises to be one of the most important events in the entire industry calendar, and we very much hope that you’ll be able to be a part of it.

In the meantime, if you’d like to see what happened at ARC2007, please visit www.arcconference.com

All the best
