ARC 2008 Cancellation Policy

• Delegate Booking: Full refund less 15% handling charge for all conference delegate cancellations received in writing before 1st June 2008
  
  
• Hotel Booking: Full refund less 20% handling charge for all hotel booking cancellations received in writing before 1st May 2008
  
  
• No refunds will be granted after the 1st June 2008
  
  
• Modifications of delegate registration are accepted up to the 1st June 2008. After this date, please contact events@ultra-marine.co.uk as availability is limited
